Shipping Policy
Canada & United States

The Dirty Seahorse currently ships across Canada and the United States.

All orders ship from Canada.

Canada Shipping

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. 
Orders requiring a custom inseam are tailored individually and may take up to 14 business days to be completed before being handed over to the shipping carrier.

We offer free shipping en ordenes sobre los 239 cad. Envios menores al monto anterior, poseen una tarifa acorde a su ubicacion. lo valores se podran verificar antes del pago. 

Canadian orders are not subject to additional duties, brokerage fees, or tariffs upon delivery.

United States Shipping

We proudly ship across the United States.

Orders are processed within 7–11 business days. 
Orders requiring a custom inseam are tailored individually and may take up to 14 business days to be completed before being handed over to the shipping carrier.

A flat shipping cost $19 USD (Duties, tariffs, and import fees podrian ser aplicados en caso excepcionales).

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on customs processing and destination.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including tracking details.


Exchanges & Returns

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return & Exchange Window

Requests for exchanges or returns must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Item Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange or return, items must:

  • Be new, unworn, and in original condition

  • Include all original tags

  • Be returned in the original packaging

  • Be free of stains, odors, washing, alterations, or visible wear

  • Include proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

We recommend trying garments on in a clean environment to maintain eligibility.


Exchanges

Canada

We offer free size exchanges within Canada.

Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

After the item is received and inspected, your replacement item will ship within 1–3 business days.

United States

For US exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping costs (19 USD) unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If the requested size is unavailable, you may choose to:

  • Exchange for a different color

  • Receive a refund

  • Reserve the item until it is restocked

Reserved items will ship as soon as inventory becomes available.


Refunds

If you prefer a refund instead of an exchange:

  • Canadian returns are subject to a $10 CAD return label fee

  • US returns are subject to a $19 USD return label fee

This amount will be deducted from your refund total.

Original shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval.

Approved refunds are issued within 10 business days using the original payment method whenever possible.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@thedirtyseahorse.com and include photos of the item received so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Incorrect Addresses & Unclaimed Packages

The Dirty Seahorse is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.


Sale Items & Custom Orders

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Custom Orders, including custom inseams, are tailored specifically for you and are therefore final sale once customized.

We strongly recommend reviewing the size chart on each product page before placing your order.
